I talk about why sales is not a matter of convincing someone to buy something. There’s a fatal flaw in that model because it’s based on your reasons why they should buy. When you begin to sell someone based on their reasons and core human needs then deliver the message in an impactful way, then you sell through persuasion which is the most powerful way to sell.
