I know it’s been a minute but life has been awesomely crazy here…I’m headed off in just a few short days to spend 5 weeks in Las Vegas in the middle of the summer (crazy right?!) to do some business in the Timeshare capital of the world and I couldn’t be more thrilled to help change more sales reps lives by helping them break-through to their inner greatness!

I have to tell you that of all the timeshare reps I have spoken to (which is far too many to count), each and every one of them believes they have an easy time building rapport. In fact they all would rate themselves a 10 in rapport building…
Sorry to say but this couldn’t be farther from the truth!
I am not kidding when I say that very few of you know how to build true rapport and more importantly, how to maintain it throughout your ENTIRE sales presentation.
Do you know how I know this? Because if you truly had rapport…
- You would be getting REAL answers to your questions and not fluff…
- You would be closing way more deals than you are now.
- You wouldn’t get yes’d to death and then left clueless as to what went wrong.
- You would know their real objection and not their made-up excuses.
- They would be listening to you and not thinking about how to get the hell out of there 🙂
I could go on and on but I think you get the point!
So, check it out…if you’re not careful, you may just become a much better sales rep after watching it :-).

P.S. I really hope you rocked out this month and hit your sales goals…Actually, I hope you blasted through them because you truly deserve to be able to do just that.
You know when I finally started hitting and exceeding my sales goals every single month without fail and making $20K in a bad month (yes, i was truly unhappy those months but grateful nonetheless :-P)…I realized that the sky was the limit. It felt good to not have 1 good month, 2 bad months, 1 decent month, 2 bad months, 1 great month lol…
Yep, that was my 1st year in the industry and it felt painful at times. I still wrote $1.7 Mil that year so wasn’t too bad but hard to not know if the next month was going to be good or not…
Finding that consistency in my selling process is how I became one of the best timeshare sales reps in the industry, no joke.
The beauty of it is that now I teach my students to do just that. To break through their blocks by not only learning and mastering the skills of a top-performer but by mastering the inner game as well.
